Cup of Don’s Famous Crab-Scallop Chowder or House Salad with
Hawaiian Luau Plate
A Hawaiian tradition at Don’s Hale. A sampling of Hawaii’s distinctive
dishes including kalua pork, chicken luau cooked in coconut milk
and fresh spinach, lomi lomi salmon, Hawaiian sweet potato, island
poke and choice of poi or coconut rice.
Flame broiled fresh Ahi Steak combined with coco prawns. Served
with steamed white rice and sea salad.
Rib Eye Steak – (8oz) Monday - Tuesday
Grilled to your specifications, served with steamed white rice
and Chef’s choice of vegetables.
Paniolo Prime Rib – (8oz) Wednesday- Sunday
The Big Islands finest Prime Rib is lightly sprinkled with Hawaiian
salt and peppercorns to seal in natural flavors, slow roasted
and served with au jus and creamy horseradish.
Soft and smooth, our Hawaiian version of the classic Cheesecake
with a rich taste of Mango, topped with a berry coulis sauce.
