General AATPA Inc. Terms & Conditions for KONA Inclusive Packages

Applies To:
* The following terms & conditions apply to your AATPA Inc. All Inclusive 'Hawaii Style' resort packages at Royal Kona. If you have purchased other optionals like rental car or airfare, separate and additional terms will apply to those bookings.

Deposits:
* $300.00 per room deposit is required to hold package at time of booking
* Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
* "Courtesy Hold" bookings automatically expire after 72 hours

Cancellations While Under Deposit:

After deposit is made
* Your package is booked and guaranteed with Hotel confirmation number.
* Deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival less $100 cancel fee.
. . . Deposit is non-refundable if canceled UNDER 45 days before travel

Cancellations After Final Payment:
* After deposit / payment, and 45 days or MORE before travel:
. . . A canceled booking is fully refundable less $100 per room cancel fee

* After payment(s) is received and cancellation is UNDER 45 days prior to arrival:
. . . A package canceled from 44 to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 10% cancel fee
. . . A package canceled from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival incurs 50% cancel fee
. . . A package canceled 3 days or less prior to arrival is nonrefundable
* No shows & early departures are nonrefundable.

* Holiday (Dec 17th thru Jan 10th ) cancellations:
. . . A Holiday package canceled after Nov 20th is non-refundable.

Change of Room Category After Final Payment:
- No change fee to upgrade, just pay the difference in package price.
- $100 to downgrade if you change to lower priced package or room.
.... Difference is credited back to you

Name Changes & Date Changes:
* Name changes are OK up to 7 days before arrival without penalty,
* Date changes are OK up to 7 days prior ( except Holidays Dec 17-Jan 10 )
. . . Date changes subject to availability & rate differences of new dates.
* Holiday changes for Dec 17 - Jan 10 may NOT be allowed after Nov 20th
